Eligibility

• Follow the program exactly as prescribed by your Health Coach for a minimum of 6 continuous months.
• Maintain uninterrupted usage. Order history will be verified.
• Email your refund request with your Order Number to shreejeeayucare@gmail.com within 7 months of the first delivery.

Guarantee Exclusions

• Inconsistent usage.
• Underlying health conditions delaying results.
• Results achieved but expectations differed.
• Food products, sugar replacements, blood tests, glucometers and consultations are non-refundable.

Return & Replacement Policy

• Wrong product delivered.
• Missing item.
• Damaged product.
• Severe allergic reaction or product unsuitable (consult your Health Coach first).

Processing

• Pickup arranged within 2 working days where available.
• If pickup isn't available, courier charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed.
• Return products in original packaging.
• Replacement will be sent or refund issued if replacement is unavailable.

Cancellation Policy

Email shreejeeayucare@gmail.com to cancel. If already shipped, ₹500 will be deducted towards shipping and consultation charges.
